Fully insured and licensed, serving NY since 1993

We are a restoration company serving the tri-state area.  Our services include roofing, waterproofing, masonry, caulking, pointing, painting, coating, power washing and Local Law 11 inspections and related repair work. We are a fully insured and licensed corporation capable of performing projects of all sizes.

Roofing

Roof leaks seem to be one of the biggest causes of construction lawsuits. When the Owner of the project you're building moves into their new facility and gets rained on inside, he or she gets upset. So avoid the temptation to think that a first class roof will just happen. Put in the time and effort to understand the details and check to make sure those details are getting correctly installed. We will be there for you.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing in building construction is the process of making a structure water-resistant or impervious to the ingress of water. Waterproofing is essential as it prevents water from penetrating buildings and helps to keep the interior areas dry. It helps in reducing the humidity inside the building, minimizing the damage done to furniture and alike.

Mansonry

Masonry is the building of structures from individual units, which are often laid in and bound together by mortar; the term masonry can also refer to the units themselves. The common materials of masonry construction are brick, building stone such as marble, granite, travertine and limestone, cast stone, concrete blocks, glass and cob.

Caulking

Caulk can refer either to the caulking substance or to the process of applying it. Caulking as a term has spread to the building trade, meaning the activity of closing up joints and gaps in buildings. The function of caulking is to provide thermal insulation, control water penetration and noise mitigation.

Pointing

Pointing, in building maintenance, the technique of repairing mortar joints between bricks or other masonry elements. When aging mortar joints crack and disintegrate, the defective mortar is removed by hand or power tool and replaced with fresh mortar, preferably of the same compositionas the original.

Painting

We can apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, buildings, bridges, and other structures. Applying paint to interior walls makes surfaces attractive and vibrant. In addition, paints and other sealers protect exterior surfaces from erosion caused by exposure to the weather.

Coating

Our chemical solutions deliver value for coatings manufacturers, architects, builders, and building owners. Our advanced portfolio of resins, polymers, dispersants, and surface modifiers are commonly used in masonry coating, concrete coating, elastomeric coating, liquid roof coating, mortar modification and other building and construction coating products to beautify and strengthen a diverse range of interior and exterior surfaces.

Power washing

1 story to 100, inside and out. From acid washing concrete slurry to a quick rinse of the dust, we’ll take care of it for you – safely and thoroughly.

Local Law 11 inspections

The New York City Department of Buildings requires that owners of buildings greater than 6 stories must have their buildings’ exterior walls and appurtenances inspected once every 5 years and file a technical report to the Department of Buildings. We can perform any repair and necessary maintenance in order to comply with the inspector's report.
